• Scan the QR Code provided using any of the UPI apps such as Gpay, PhonePe, or Paytm.
• Pay ₹500 to ‘Zoi Hospitals’ and ensure to include your name & mobile number in the description/note field.
• Once the payment is successfully processed, please send a screenshot of the transaction to 9394201201 via Whatsapp.
• Our Telesupport team will reach out to you within 60 minutes. If you do not receive a response within this period, please do not hesitate to contact us at 040 47 201 201.
